I'm using the Dvorafok keyboard; Firex keeps switching to Qwerty. How do I stop this?

Lately, when I've been using Firefox, it will switch to the Qwerty layout despite me having Dvorak as my default, and only, Windows layout.

Is there any shortcut key defined to change (rotate) the keyboard layout?

  • Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Keyboards and Languages > Change keyboards > Advanced key settings

You appear to have a weird user agent:
