How do I get rid of the list of web sites that I visited. I was unable to follow instructions in the help section.
bold textWhen I click the little down arrow at the end of the address line, I get a long list of sites I visted. How do I get rid of them.

Entries in the location bar drop down list with a yellow (blue on Mac) star at the right end are bookmarks.
You can remove such a bookmarked item that shows in the list if you open that url in a tab and click the yellow star in the location bar.
This will open the "Edit This Bookmark" dialog and you can click the Remove button to remove the bookmark if you want to remove such a bookmarked entry.

I tried following your instructions, but i still have the uinwanted web sites listed. Is there a phone number i may call to have some one guide me?
Do the entries that you can't remove have a yellow star at the far right?
Another possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
