Cannot use TurboTax. TT says I should use the "latest" Firefox and I am using 4.

Entering TT from Schwab. Able to use IE withou problem, but as I rarely use IE it is very uncomfortable for me. Can you give me a hint? Or a link to go back to Firefox 3.xx.

If the site is http://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/home/get_started/access/account_downloads then I have tried with firefox 4 and the site does open.

If features do not work with firefox 4, in the first instance why not email them and ask if they are aware of the problem. But first of all check your browser, try in safe mode and try clearing the cache and cookies.

Thanks for response. As this is time sensitive I've started process with IE. The page you tested is not applicable to me. I am using the TT from within Schwab for direct online filing. Perhaps after these chores are finished I'll look into it. Again, thanks.
