I already have an account with Mozilla on my laptop,but it's not being recognized here and I would like to sync my account with the correct inform.

I've had a Mozzila account for over at least 8 year's through my laptop using windiws with the same email address i have always used, and I can't understand why it's not being recognized on this device I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy 5. I want to sync my account. Please explain why it's not recognizing my email address hxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com that I have always used for Mozzila? Am I going to have to dug thru my old emails from you at Gmail to solve this issue? For the life of me I can't understand why I am having this problem, are Android Mozzila browsers so different from Mozzila PC browsers that that is why I am having this issue? Will I not be able to sync my accounts with you, since to be able to ask you this question I've had to create a new account with you. Please help me with this issue, I do not want to have two accounts with you and I have no desire to start over. You have always been my favorite browser and my hopes and wishes are to continue to use the best. Thank you and I am anxiously waiting for a response and a resolution to this major issue. Sync is now based on so called 'Firefox Accounts'. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Identity/Firefox-Accounts

You'll need to migrate to the new Sync. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-sync-upgrade-frequently-asked-questions

Once you migrated your desktop Firefox, you can set up Sync also on your Android device. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/sync-bookmarks-tabs-history-and-passwords-android
