Greetings and Good evening Windows was reset on 03/06/2026 due to problem. Option chosen was removal of Apps only No data was removed When Mozila was opened on 03/06/2026,It had all data since 2021. It was already registered with himanshukotecha8@gmail.com. Still history and bookmarks from 2021 were not restored. On 02/06/2026,0ne drive back up was also initiated. Please guide me as how to restore this.

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

I have dark reader installed, it makes every website dark mode quite efficiently.

However, it cannot make *.mozilla.org dark because those are restricted pages that addons cannot modify.

Even though I have enabled "restricted pages" in dark mode, it does not work.

Can I not turn it on because of where I am? When I click get started on the VPN extension it opens a tab saying I signed in successfully but when I go to turn it on, there's no toggle switch and just tells me to get started again. It's making me go in a circle with it.

I have lost access to the primary email on the account. I have 2fa setup on the account and I have backup recovery codes. When I go to add another email it sends a code to the primary email, which has no access. Is there a way to use either 2fa or backup codes instead of the code sent to primary email?

The plugging is NOT updating and it's blocking me from watching anything on streaming. I've tried triggering the update by turning it on and off, by tugging on and off the "DRM" option in settings, by turning off the updates and then looking for updates... I went to about:config and made sure that all options were "true". What I get is an "error in downloading the update" that I can't fix.

Can someone help?

Trying to sync Firefox to my mobile device. I get to this point where Firefox on my computer says:

Enter authentication code to continue to account settings Open your authentication app and enter the authentication code it provides.

It wants a 6 digit code. But I don't have an authentication app. How can I set one up for Firefox to sync to my mobile device?

Today I updated to FireFox 151.0.3 and now I can no longer drag my tabs. I drag tabs all the time. I drag them to rearrange the order. I drag them to put a bookmark in the folder I want in the position in the list that I want. I sometimes drag tabs to make tab groups. None of that is working now.

I do enjoy the suggested stories on my home tab from time to time. However, certain providers, such as the New York Times, are paywalled. I would like to be able to block stories from a particular provider such that I don't have to see a cool headline, click, and be disappointed by a paywall blocking the story. Alternatively, make it so that Firefox does not suggest stories that require logging into an account from the provider to read them.
