I lost suddenly some pints in my explorer. I did not delete them. It had happened at: BENUTZER - Matthaeus Deffner There I have had saved some files "LEBENSLAUF" They are lost now. Can yo help to get again?

My API URL is giving me CORS Error in Mozilla Firefox, but in other browser there is no error. I have tried many methods like changing the about:config but it didn't make any difference. Its been days I am facing this issue. Kindly help. Thanks in Advance.

The PTL network stopped working for playing live tv, it's the only live broadcast I have trouble with, all other PTL network features work fine, it does not matter what performance setting is used.

Extension has permission "Access your data for sites in the abc.de domain".

The documentation says that such extension can read "data you enter into those web pages, such as usernames and passwords"

Can extension send such data away (for example to its developer)? What kind of permission is needed for that? Can you quote exact name of such permission/s from linked article so i can lookup that?

It takes forever for my home page (MSN) to load when I first start Firefox. Can that process be speeded up? I suspect there's a way to get my home page to load faster. Can someone help? Thank you, Firefox.

The last few days Firefox 115.8esr started to give me a "Gah. Your tab just crashed." whenever I try to load somes pages, also sometimes it shutdowns as soon as a video is played in youtube.

PS/ disable hardware acceleration in Firefox, didn't fix it.

I'm getting loads of SSL errors when trying to connect to various web pages. The errors don't seem to relate to the target pages, something in the connections fails.

The symtoms appear to be similar to this closed bug which doesn't seem to have been resolved. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1378352

Two of the more recent errors were: SSL_ERROR_DECODE_ERROR_ALERT SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ

There were several more which I don't remember.

Has anyone come up with a resolution?

Recently had my FF update to version 115.0 automatically. With the update, watching videos on youtube is impossible. Videos show buffering but never play the video and do not start even with skipping around. Same thing goes for live streams on twitch where the chats will load but not the actual stream. Other videos in news websites appear to be the same. Issue is not resolved in private browsing.

we have some appliances with a webadmin interface over https with a custom port. Since one of the last Updates, Firefox 102.3 (portable) is still working, I can not load the webadmin of said appliances when I try to connect over DNS or the WAN IP, it's only allowed to be accessed through our WAN IP or from the local network. When I connect with the internal IP address of the Appliance or if I use Opera/Edge (both I don't want to use) I get the option to accept the Security Risk and Continue. It's not with every Appliance, same vendor, same firmware but maybe newer certificate. But all certificates still valid, but self-signed.

What can we do, other than not use Firefox?

I can't say well what is it ...but when i open links from discord (twitch/yt/etc) the Firefox take too long to start load the page but if i just click on any link direct from firefox browser ..the page load faster

-windows 10 pro x64 22H2 -Firefox Dev 115.0b5 (i use dev to load unsigned pluggins) but the problem persist in all versions

want sites and bookmarks to open in new tab

setting up new computer windows 11 and tabs don't work the same way i had in win 10, i know i can right click and open in new tab but isn't there a quicker way? thanks dave

Im having an issue with firefox where the tabs keep crashing i cant go a day without the tabs crashing 50-60 times or even the browser itself crashing, ive tried relaunching without addons, with troubleshoot mode on, firefox on a different drive but, it is still crashing, i looked at the error logs and if im reading it right (im not at all knowledgeable in how to debug software) it is always crashing at a point where the module is none and the signature is an address value, I put screen shots of the error reports showing the numerous crashes, before I think its a hardware issue like a bad stick of ram (which i dont think cause i ran memtest 86 test overnight with no errors), a faulty motherboard, or god forbid a faulty cpu and start firing the parts cannon at the issue i want to rule out any software angles for the problem.
