Hi All,

I am currently using the latest version of Thunderbird (with IMAP settings). I have 2 email ID's in my Thunderbird. One is a hotmail ID and one is my work organisations ID. I organise my emails in Thunderbird with colour tags. Recently, my organisation email switched from gmail to MS Exchange. This resulted in disappearance of all my email tags, which created a great deal of trouble for me. My hotmail email tags also dissapeared (I don't know why). Maybe it is because of IMAP settings, but I am not sure why this has happened. In the IMAP settings, I have ticked "keep messages for this account on this computer". To put it simply, is there any tool, setting or add-on, which can help the tags saved (in an event if there is a switch in email service providers, IMAP settings, etc.). Any advice will be appreciated.

Regards,

LS
