Even tried calling SNAPDEAL.COM India for this problem but no help and there is no place where user can go for problems.From day i have purchased, same no updating problem, Atleast post way to manually update otherwise this phone is shit !

Hello!

Based on reports from other users, some Intex Cloud FX devices seem to have difficulty checking their OS versions and updating.

Unfortunately, I have no better idea than to completely factory reset your phone, and I really do not want to recommend such a drastic plan.

Perhaps you could contact Intex (the phone maker) directly:

Sorry to hear your problem. You have come to the correct place for getting support of Firefox OS. So, regarding your problem, please be noted that, there is no update available for the Device you have purchased. The manufacture still has not release any update for it. So its happening.
