Dear All

We have recently found out that Firefox doesn't sync with Google My Business listings as when you search for “Saffery Geneva” on Firefox it brings up “Saffery Champness SA”, while on Google it correctly appears as Saffery (Suisse) SA as per attached print screen.

Any idea why Firefox is not syncing with Google with respect to this listing?

Hello I have a problem I have changed my password on fire fox and I could not bring back my bookmarks and Firefox Sync back again can you help me with this please thank you.

Team, My firefox time is not sync with my system time. Can you suggest what can be done here. Current time is 10:12AM but whenever new mail is coming the time is showing something different.

Hi, my laptop died and cannot access to it anymore. I got a new laptop and installed Firefox. I tried several passwords but could not remember the correct one so I changed it. When logged in, I found my account empty. How do I restore my data? I search in Firefox website and seems that to restore I need to access in my old computer with the new password, but my old laptop does not even turn on anymore. Please help

Fix it so the FireFox browser Version 88.0 for Ubuntu (Linux) works AGAIN at saving website Login data using a Primary password via your 'FireFox Sync' advertisement (documentation).

I use Firefox as my default browser. I have sync turned on. Im signed in thru my google account. Firefox does NOT sync to my Chrome browser and Google account. Whats the fix?

I recently had to wipe my laptop and didn't have a chance to back stuff up off it. Thankfully, all my tabs and passwords are synced with Firefox Sync, but alas, I don't remember my password. So I pulled an old laptop I hadn't touched in a couple years, it was still logged in to Firefox Sync -- I could see all my tabs and passwords there. But the password for Firefox Sync itself? Out of date, turns out it's wrong (must've changed it at some point and not updated.)

So now I'm forced to, eventually, reset my password. What to do? Well, it says it will clear all my data (passwords, tabs, etc.) At the same time, since I'm *already logged in* and can view all the data, I'm hoping it would just stay here locally when it gets wiped server-side, and then I could re-sync my tabs and passwords in. Does this work this way?

tl;dr if I'm already logged into Firefox Sync, and reset the password, will I still lose everything?

Is there a maximum number of tabs that can be synced? I have about 800 tabs on my old computer, but when I look at the synced tabs in the sidebar on the new computer, only about half of them are listed. The oldest 400 or so are missing.

And yes, I realize 800 tabs is insane. But that's another discussion. :)

I cannot log into my Bank or puzzle> No internet? Trouble started with Firefox upgrade to must have Edge? Can you call me [removed phone# from public forum]. I am a senior and technically challenged and must make these corrections. Why did you upgrade and change everything?

I have 2 Firefox accounts and I want to import or copy my passwords for the account that still has them to the one that has lost them. I synced one account in Firefox BETA that has my passwords. My other account I used to sign in on Firefox and all logins and passwords are gone. How can I do this and not loose my passwords I have in the BETA version?

I cannot sync my new laptop to my computer and iPhone. I have tried for 3 days without any luck. Could someone PLEASE help me with this problem??

when I press my email for the account tab, I dont see my previous tabs from other devices. I have an entire session gone from a pervious computer I'd like to continue.

I just got a new iPhone SE and want to transfer my Firefox passwords, maybe home-screen favorites, but not all the history, extensive bookmarks, etc. from my Mac. Is there a way to do that?

I have many computers, all with the same operating system, all with the DEFAULT Firefox install. Only on one computer do I get the "firefox content security policy" error and only when trying to log in via the "sync" tab in Firefox Options to synchronize that computer with the others.

I am a retired computer technical consultant. I'm no pedestrian user. I've been researching this problem for about a year. I've gotten nowhere. My research has come up with no answer for this problem, though there are answers for firefox content security policy that address other problems.

I am a hardware and applications software guru. I have no experience with javascript, and I suspect this IS a jafascript issue.

Can you help me?
