Hi dear managers, In Firefox 101.0 i want to clear Saved Passwords from History Menu > Clear Recent History! But in new version of FF it is not there. Is there a way to clear Saved Passwords from that menu instead of Saved Logins... In Settings of FF separately?

This isn't a question about the "Multi-Account Containers" addons, I am pretty sure that there was a section called "Container tabs" in the privacy and security settings, and I could use containers without installing an addon some days ago.

I can still access by directly viewing this address

about:preferences#containers

But I can't find it in the settings, and this feature does no longer work.

So I went to read recent release notes from Firefox 100 to 101.0.1, but I didn't find any notes to say this feature has been disabled. Could this be an unexpected result of an update?

For example when i download Tor they share a PGP KEY to verify the integrity of the downloaded exe. Other websites share for exmaple sha 1 or sha256 or md5.

However i cannot find any such option for firefox browser. Am i blind or it doesn't exist? Then how am i supposed to be 100% sure that my downloaded exe has not been modified by someone like my ISP, Government, Criminals/Hackers?

I would like to permanently turn off enhanced tracking protection for https://www.powerlanguage.co.uk/wordle/ so that I can track my stats. I can turn this off for a session via the shield icon but I am unable to find a way to save this setting. Manage Exceptions in Enhanced Tracking Protection in Settings does not allow me to add any site as an exception.

Hello, I've had this issue for a long time but now it actually bugged me enough to ask about it.

Let's say I have an app with one set of credentials at https://website1.xyz.com

I also have another web app at https://webmail.xyz.com

Firefox only offers to remember credentials for xyz.com so whenever i access any of those websites above i have to juggle between credentials.

Is it possible for firefox to remember passwords separate for whole FQDN?

Hello, if I'm running 101.0a1 (2022-04-15) (64-bit) nightly, does that mean this version will be in the 101 release (5/31/2022) or the 102 release (6/28/2022)

The reason I'm asking is that the minimum TLS 1.2 restriction (no override in the error page) was previously stated as being part of the 102 release. Here is my original question

Is there any way to use different search engines in different multi-account containers? I know it is quite the niche use case, but I'm still curious if there is some sort of way. I would like to generally use DuckDuckGo, but my school blocks it, forcing me to use google. Is there a way I could set just the school container to use google? Thanks!

Primary email no longer exists, I have 2nd email address but cannot access because log in email no longer exists. You keep asking me to log in to change primary email but I cannot log in because email does not exist any more. You are sending me in circles.

After avira virus product have updated firefox on my Windows 10 pc firefox now claims to be managed by my organisation. I have made the attached clip of screens to illustrate the current situation. The pc stand alone pc on a local network. My question is: How do I remove the restriction? (note: I find no adequate solution i about:config)

Since I upgraded to 96.0 and later, autofill isn't filling in password for a couple of sites that it used to do automatically. I can click on the password field and I get the "Saved logins" prompt, which I can then click on to fill in the password, but I didn't have to do that before. On one other site, the password is being filled in, but the username isn't. Clicking on that one does NOT show me the "Saved logins" prompt, and I have to type it in manually every time.

(This note is a reply to a thread that was started late last week. For some reason, I wasn't able to access the details again when I came back to it today.)

The problem is I'm having trouble accessing protected files from my employer.

A grey message box comes up when I try to do so that reads as follows:

When I go to 'Preferences' and click on Trust Manager, I'm still not able to access the protected files.

Firefox stopped clearing browser and download history when the browser is closed. It appears this started after the latest update (104.0). The settings have not been changed, nor have any new extensions been added. Firefox just simply stopped performing this function as it should.

I've noticed within the last few weeks, I have been unable to access wisconsin.gov sites. Other sites, no problem. I access dmv.gov site to renew registration 12/22/22 just fine, but since then, I have been trying to access DMV.gov for information and the Department of Workplace Development (.gov) to process payroll forms and am unable to access ANY wisconsin.gov sites. What has happened? Same issue with my Android device which is synced with my Laptop's Firefox. My husband's Android phone which isn't using Firefox (same cellular provider) has been fine accessing these sites. Other things I've noticed: on my Firefox account page it shows squeeg Laptop for one device logged in (few minutes ago) and the same device but listed as Window Guy laptop also logged in (a year ago), not sure how long account has been showing the duplicate device. Also, I've been getting a pop up window occasionally that says my Samsung device (used for hotspot connection) is no longer connected, even though it is and allowing me to browse. Not sure if that is related. I haven't made any changes to privacy settings, security settings, etc. before this has become an issue. Please help, this issue is beyond my expertise.
