Здравствуйте! В настройках установлено "запоминать историю", чтобы появлялись подсказки в заполнении форм. Однако эта функция не работает, а она мне очень нужна, так как я часто заполняю формы одними и теми же данными и значениями. В чем может быть проблема?

The vpn beta button on the top right hand corner is there for me but I try and turn it on and it says "Couln't connect to VPN. Try again in a few minutes". This continues to happen. I have already went throught the step to turn this feature on with the code that the article refers to and that it is on but it still won't turn on. How do I get this to work. I know it works because when I initionaly it was working but now it doesn't work.

My Firefox had auto updated to the newer version with AI built-in and auto-enabled, which meant the browser would crash EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I would launch it.

For perspective, I am running an old Lenovo Thinkcentre mini PC with an Intel i5 6th gen and 16gb of ram; its got Windows 11 installed, and always running out of memory with the simple things like browsing and word processing. This is NOT a PC or use-case that needs or warrants AI.

So, I uninstalled Firefox (149) and installed the latest version WITHOUT AI built-in (147).

I then synced my profile, and things ran fine. An hour passed, and then i kept getting an error, saying my profile was created with whatever and I need to create a new profile.

So, I created a new profile and synced, again, and I got the error, AGAIN...

I'm about to boycott Firefox on all the devices I control, and opt for an older version of Opera or something more obscure, so that I don't have to deal with this nonsense.

The email address that was used when my Mozilla account was first set up no longer exists, I'm trying to change it but the site keeps sending the confirmation codes to the existing non-existent email address which I no longer have access to. How do I change the email address without losing any data?

Recently a tiny icon of an empty shopping cart has been superimposed at the top right-hand corner of the Firefox icon in my system tray. I want to get rid of it. In addition, just in the last few days, I'm being asked to choose among profiles when I sign onto Firefox and I want to have only one default profile and to avoid that extra step in signing on.

An error occurred during a connection to tpz.sashacare.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

We had a power outage in our area. Afterwards when the power was back on I could no longer get CNBC.com to work properly. It kinda opens but nothing goes live nor do the videos play. If I switch to Chrome everything works, but I like Firefox! Lynn Nichols

i rely on your Read Aloud app to read items on the internet and it is difficult for me to reinstall it when it disappears. Can you send me a link to reinstall to make it easier?

The time zone stamp when using my default browser Firefox is 3 hours off. If I use Safari, it's correct. The problem occurs when using Gmail or Yahoo. It is only when using Firefox browser that the time stamp on email in incorrect. It is a Firefox issue and happened during the most recent upgrade 5/12/26.

I've done recent updates (May 2026) and after having 3 updates in recent months, I still have difficulties with my video programs (both Zoom and "One-click) slowing down during my work which is 100% virtual. How can I revert to an earlier version where this was resolved, please!!??
