I'm a software/app developer looking for a cell phone provider in the USA that I can get Firefox OS phones and service through. Are there any known carriers? a list?

No carriers in the US sell FirefoxOS Devices. You can find some on Ebay or other places for sale, and they can be used with carriers such as t-mobile and AT&T
