how to download any file or folder (video,mp3 songs) useing firefox ?

Maybe you should right click on icon and select "Save target as..."

That is a desktop answer.
Firefox for Android you can save media files on Firefox 21 by long tapping on the file while playing. Firefox 21 will be in the Play Store in the second week of May.
