After upgrading to 16.0.1 today, upon restart tabs did not restore as they should have. Back/forward buttons weren't working, the bookmarks toolbar was blank, the address bar wasn't updating, and sites' addresses weren't showing up at bottom when the mouse was hovering over a link. The bookmarks weren't gone though, as closing and reopening the bookmarks toolbar made the bookmarks there reappear. The sidebar had bookmarks as well when it was restored. I came here and read the wiki article about places.sqlite. I downloaded the places maintenance add on, and then ran all of its tasks. This had no effect on the problems. So I then renamed the places.sqlite places.sqlite.old. A new database was built. I have history working again, but firefox continues to not display bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar when restarted unless the bookmarks toolbar is closed and reopened, and even though firefox is supposed to restore previous tabs on restart, it doesn't. Is this a problem with 16.0.1?

Further info: I restored 15.0.1 from last nights backup, as well as my profile folder. All problems resolved. I tried upgrading to 16.0.1 again, and once again, no recovery of previous tabs, so I closed it out and restored back to 15.0.1 (without restoring the profile folder again), and once again the program works normally. No plans to restore 16.0.1 now, unless a good resolution is given here. Thanks.
