In the past few weeks, FF has started hanging up every few minutes for about 20 seconds at a time (using FF 6.0 and W7). Any ideas?

FF (6.0) is hanging up every 5 or 10 minutes. I get an hour glass while it's hanging up, and nothing happens when I try to click on a tab. I'm using Windows 7, Tab Mix Plus, Ad Blocker and a few other add-ons. I've been using all of these w/o any problem until about 2 weeks ago (?), when the hang-up problems started.
