We use CA Unicenter ServicePlus Service Desk for our help desk calls. For the most part, the site works, but common "shortcuts" or popup menus do not function with Firefox 4. An automatic popup menu appears next to requests, from which actions can normally be performed; under Firefox 3.6, this menu functioned properly and allowed various functions to be performed. Under Firefox 4, a request has to be opened by clicking on the name, and then all functions in the new window work properly
