Firefox app didn’t save my bookmarks upon redownload

I didn’t think I needed an auxiliary account to sync my bookmarks, iOS App Store saves my game data when I redownload an app. I didn’t until today have a Firefox account because I was under the impression that most everything syncs under the singular account I already have. I’ve lost around 3 years of bookmarks, is there any possible way of restoring them besides restarting my phone from the 2 year old backup?
