I can no longer print my online bank sttements. I can print evrythign else just fine, Thks

I can access my online banking and do all functions with the exception of printing statements. Bank has been of no help. I am on latest software as far as I know. I am on 69.0.1 (64-Bit) Is this the latest level for a IMac Thank you Peggy

Hi Peggy, are the statements in PDF format? Usually you can tell by a distinctive black toolbar for Firefox's PDF viewer. If you can't print from the viewer, try opening the PDF in Apple's Preview program or Adobe Reader/Acrobat for printing. There's a download button on the viewer's toolbar you can use for that:

If you can't even get to the statement to view it, or if you can view it but it prints blank, or cuts off, or is missing information in the middle, etc., could you describe the problem in a little more detail?
