Updated to 60.4.0esr (64-bit). Now the address/search bar is mostly broken. Repro steps:

Type "foo bar baz" into "combined address/search bar".

Expected:

Google search for "foo bar baz".

Actual:

"Hmm. That address doesn't look right. Please check that the URL is correct and try again."
