All of a sudden, the text on unused tabs is blurry

Over the weekend, the text on my tabs that are not currently the in-focus tab has become extremely blurry/fuzzy. This is on my home computer running Windows 10 Pro. I have an nvidia Geforce 1060 based video card, and the drivers are up to date.

This applies only to the text on the tab itself. When that tab is selected, the text on it becomes clear, but the new out of focus tab is now blurred/fuzzy. If I have multiple tabs, they are all blurred (again, except for the current tab).
