What version are you on? 2.0 only gets them from time to time and I'm not sure about 2.1 but 2.2 and 3.0 if you are set to nightly get updates every day.

No.. I'm not so sure about the eng. Build but 3.0 should be getting daily updates. The only time you should not be getting updates is when there is a smoke test blocker in development. There are several things you can do to just check... If you know how you could change the Ora channel. I would mostly reccomend a new flash using the v18d_nightly_v2 which will give you 3.0 right off the bat and shallow flash to the eng build if still needed.

Oh and with you build ID you got an update just the other day. June 15 and I think the pm build

Flame system partition is running out of space when uncompressing ota updates. Bug 1154072 will provide a new base image which will increase system partition size. Once base image is done, OTA will be enabled again. Note that ota are available for production builds only.
