MOV video files suddenly grayed out in Photobucket upload page

About 3 or 4 weeks ago, MOV files suddenly became grayed out on the Photobucket upload page, but AVI files are not. Prior to 3 or 4 weeks ago, all my video files were available for uploading to Photobucket. Firefox is my preferred browser, and all my new video files are MOVs.

In Chrome, the MOV files are not grayed out on the upload page. I have followed every one of Photobucket's problem-solving steps (clearing cache and cookies, etc), to no avail. Photobucket is saying it's a Firefox problem because the problem isn't happening in another browse,r and they seem unwilling to do anything on their end.
