All I get in response is the error code 5001-9 telling me my bandwidth isn't fast enough suggests DSL or Cable. I already have DSL By Verizon and it's just been upgrading to the latest version. Please give me answers to this problem.

What games do you play, it could be the games, also, It may be your internet provider, if you tell me the amount that you payed for and then, show me a image of your speed or just tell me the speeds, I'll be able to help alot, lot more!'
