facebook keep scroll himself
few weeks ago Facebook start scroll himself for example , i scroll bit but it keep scrolling , i tried reinstall FF didn't help , i tried run Facebook on chrome its not happen , i completely removed Firefox and install again without any extensions , clean installation but its didn't help

How are you scrolling?
Is that with the keyboard or do you use the mouse wheel or do you drag the scroll thumb in the scrollbar or do you click in the scrollbar or otherwise ?
It could that the Facebook page is using some (keyboard or mouse) event to start the scrolling and that it doesn't notice that you have stopped scrolling.

Yes Terry its the same like in those threads , somehow when i did search in google one thing that google search showed me about this issue its post from 2017 about ublocker .
