Can I sync multiple Android Tablets in a way, that they only receive the information from a central source?

I am setting up a number of tablets for use in education. All of them are supposed to get the same bookmarks. This would be an easy task for sync. However I don't want the tablets to sync with each other, in case someone plays around in the settings. Is there a way to tell sync not to send the settings/bookmarks etc. but only receive them? Firefox for android is installed on all devices with version 42.0.1

I hope you can help me Greetings
