website not scaled up to the browser

how do i change this so website is scaled up to the browser (its not zoom option)

privacy.resistFingerprinting.letterboxing = true in about:config caused the issue, turned it to false.

I don't know where that extra margin/padding around the page is coming from. Does it affect all sites, or just Google? Any idea when it started?
