add a new language for custom language dictionary
I would like my language (ISO 639-3 code vec), "Venetan", added to the list of available language in Firefox, so that when I add my dictionary (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/dithionario-de-lengua-v%C3%A8neta/?src=ss) and see my language written as "Venetan" when I choose "Languages" from right-click on a multi-line edit box instead of the lowercase of the name of the dict file ("vec"). Should I create a language pack for this?
