Is there a way I can do a mass sweep deletion? on certain senders that are in my messages
I have over 4,000 messages and i would like to delete alot of them by maybe using a key word or sender name

Use the Quick Filter Toolbar for the search. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/quick-filter-toolbar
Then select all matches - Right-click a selected message - Delete
