All saved passwords gone after every reboot
I lose all my saved passwords every time I restart my computer. Its getting quite annoying to re enter every user/pass for the websites I use. How can I resolve this issue?

Do you mean names and passwords in the Password Manager or do you mean that you are no longer logged on to (remembered by) websites after closing and restarting Firefox?
There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page to log you in automatically. The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server. If this "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you and you will have to sign in once again. You can remove this "remember me" cookie to make the website forget you and require you to sign in again.
What security software do you have?
If you use cleanup software like CCleaner then check the settings for the Firefox application. There is software like Advanced SystemCare with its Surfing Protection feature that can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
Thank you for your answer. Yes I mean the "remember "me" that is not working.I have to log in again every time I reboot my computer. I am using malwarebytes for security but never had a problem with it until yesterday
That means that you lose the cookies from those websites. If this only happens when you reboot the computer and not when you close and restart Firefox then this means that some software (possibly security or cleanup software) that runs on your computer does this only on the first start after a boot.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps if you can't identify this software.

You can use the MSConfig program or the Autoruns utility to see what software is getting started (be cautious with disabling services).
