We do not currently have any plans to bring Firefox Reality to Gear VR or Daydream smartphone headsets, as we have only designed the browser for an in-VR experience and have not built the extra features for a touchscreen phone or tested on the wide variety of devices that those platforms support.

You do support Oculus GO, right?... isn't it the same as a Gear VR development wise? (I understand that Daydream is a bit different)

In terms of development they are similar, though the Oculus Go has some big differences (not just lack of touchscreen, but also the presence of a CPU usage limiter). Each device also requires some testing; e.g., even just the S7 have two different chipset models for US vs. International that have to be tested.
