GPS not working on Maps app
I have just bought a ZTE Open C mobile. I have downloaded the Bing maps app. I have set the GPS switch to on. I am connected to my home wifi. The map works well but no GPS position after 15 minutes. Is the phone a dud or is there some secret know-how needed?

HI Cormack99, I understand that after connecting the ZTE Open C phone to wifi and turning on GPS that there is no GPS for 15 minutes.
There is an open issue that suspects that there might be a crash happening. When this happens in the meantime, please try to restart the app or the device if the GPS does not update. (When using any of the GPS apps)
It is also suggested that you contact your carrier for more help with your issue.
