Insert signature not working in OWA

A number of features in OWA (Outlook Web Access) where not working in 56.0.2 when any Extension was enabled. (Formatting Toolbar not loading, insert signature not working, blank message window when replying to emails in the inbox)

As of v 57 Mac or PC the "Insert Signature" option is not working in OWA (Mac or PC) the rest seem to now be working again.

What logs / debug info is needed to investigate it?
