My phone is OPEN ZTE C (bougth in France) My OS version is 1.3

Sometimes, firefox OS restart when hit was in stand by. I don't know why. No application are opened when the problem came..

I have the model since 1 month and it reboot 5 times.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your newly purchased ZTE Open C device from France, and that it reboots randomly.

In order to better understand and investigate on the issue that you are encountering, please reply to this message with the following information:

  • What is the OS version and Build ID found in the Device Information page? Please visit this link if you need help finding the Build ID of your phone.
  • Please provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue you are encountering.

Please be sure to include as much detail as possible, including any websites that may exhibit this issue, and any error messages that you may be receiving, exactly as they appear. This will ensure that we will have all the information needed to investigate into this.

In the meantime, I would also suggest that you contact ZTE's support directly, since this may be a hardware-related issue.

You should also update your phone to the latest version available. If you wish, you may install an update that allows access to "Root" in the phone via this link.
