I am moving to a new phone. On my old phone, Firefox can browse to links on twitter.com without opening them in the native app. This is what I want. I have been unable to get the same to happen on the new phone.

As far as I can tell the versions are the same, and I've been through the settings. Both phones are set to not open links in native apps. I have disabled "open by default" for Twitter on the new phone, even though it is not disabled on the old phone.

How can I prevent Firefox from launching the Twitter app?

Despite addblock and other antiviruses turned off on my phone, he still bans movies on the browser that I want to watch. I have reset the phone, uninstalled suspicious apps and the problem is still there. Please help or advise how to fix it. I want to watch movies on my phone again like before.

Hello, On Android, When i search something on google (using Firefox), switch to "pictures", and the chose a pic, the Text unser the pic has a transparent background and it overlays with some Google specific Texts such as "login", "search setting" and so on.

Everytime I go to Michael's. Com or Hobby Lobby .com my scrolling starts to stick I like click on ornaments let's sat. It will scroll the first few then it's Jerry and no matter how many times I try to scroll down it keeps popping back to where it got stuck at. Whenever I tap a button on any website that is supposed to start uploading process nothing happens. I don't get to see a file browser with which I am supposed to pick a file or anything else, only a slight website UI animation of the button responding to my tap if the website/button has one.

This has been the case from the moment I installed Firefox. It is the same in both regular and private browsing. I have looked at Firefox and Android app permission settings and haven't found anything and allowed everything relevant for Firefox to use (access to files, internet). I have no problem downloading files. I am using MIUI 13 Global.

I have a php / javascript based web-application that is running since years very well.

On some pages I am using geolocation, mainly on Android-smartphones.

Since some weeks only in Firefox (Standard, Beta and Nightly) the geolocation is very slow or I get a timeout. The timeout-option is set to 60 sec.

The application has no problems on Chrome, Opera, DuckDuckGo or the MI-Browser from Xiaomi, so I am sure that will be a bug in Firefox 107.2.0 for Android and not in my Application.

Additional Informations:

My location: Darmstadt / Germany.

The issue is tested on 2 android smartphones and a PC.

The geolocation on the pc is normal fast, less than 5 seconds.

There has been this weird text overlap whenever I use google image search in Firefox Android, I've tried: - Restarting the app - Reinstalling the app - Updating to the latest version (107.2.0)

But still the issue persists.

This only occurs on google image search in Firefox. This doesn't happen in Chrome and not on other search engines inside Firefox.

Any idea what might happen and how to fix this?

500 Error Oh dear, something went wrong there. We've been notified and will get working on a fix.

Firefox locks up on various websites on the Pixel 6a and will cause the phone is restart, although not always immediately. I've seen a post on Reddit with others having the same issue on the Pixel 6a.

This I think might be a 1 website issue but I checked other browsers and it doesn't happen on them.

The issue is that on the AmericanMuscle website the menu at the top of the page disappears with barely any time to click on it...
