I stupidly exported my Google browser bookmarks to Firefox when setting up on a new device and lost all my firefox bookmarks from all my other devices as a result. I am utterly horrified and freaking out - it's years of bookmarked articles that I'd even organised into folders! Is there any way to get them back?

Is it normal to see that?@ about:logo ....or see screen shot

i can't don't remember seeing them logo page before but maybe it's new.. just thought I'd bring it up. Same on my other devices too, beta or stable , didn't matter.

I've seen other references in the about pages which seem to imply i'm using a nightly build in addition to the logo..

About:config simply shows me a blank screen.

I need to customize a few settings and I presently cannot. This question marks this as answered but the answer is talking about a solution to the specific reason they were trying to access about:config, not why they cannot access it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1373286

What's the deal? I've spent an hour or so now looking this up and haven't found anything.

For the love of God allow Android users to disable this unending torrent of push notification requests for *all* websites!

You have it for the desktop, you could disable it in about:config if you hadn't also disabled that for Android users. Please fix.

When I want to open a bookmark in a new tab, there's no Settings button. If I'm in a tab I wish to keep open, the Settings button is there. I'm able to use it to open the new tab, and then I can't go anywhere unless I know the address, because I can't access my bookmarks. I've been waiting a long time for this to be fixed. I don't see any logical reason for this, so I wonder if I'm missing something or if a setting got changed. Please help me access my bookmarks from a fresh tab.

Hi in Google search on Firefox in android when I type Cube Legal in the search at the top my Google business appears but it has a random picture of an alien. But on desktop or on other browser it is not there? We have nothing to do with this picture nor has it been uploaded. How do I get rid of it. There is a random Link to the picture for base64 decoder whatever that is?

I keep having a problem on when returning to a tab or someone when opening a link the page is simply shown as a black screen. It appears that the page is loaded in the background but literally nothing is displayed on screen.

Refreshing does nothing. Navigating to a different page does nothing (as in the screen is still black, but Firefox goes through the motions of "loading" the page). Searching does the same.

If I close the tan and then immediately hit undo the page will often be displayed.

This has been going on for maybe 2/3 months now and I have updated the application and my phone multiple times; both are up to do.

I can only assume this is a bug at the stage, but if someone has insight into a work around, that would be great.

I'm trying to find out what Firefox has charged something to my credit card account. I didn't order anything from Firefox. Please let me know how you plan to resolve that and, if not, I'll just call the fraud division of my credit card company. I'm confused. I don't understand how far Fox got my credit card number and how they managed to charge something to it. Not liking this at all.. get me back to me ASAP. Thanks

I was trying out the sync option. I was using my laptop and android. Got it working fine with the regular Firefox. But decided I wanted to stay with Fitefox beta. So I turned off sync and uninstalled regular Firefox from my android. And then I go to my laptop, yep, all my bookmarks are gone. I guess when I took it of my phone it also deleted it from my laptop. I've gone to library, to deleted, reinstalled the regular Firefox on my phone and synced back with my laptop. Nadda. Any ideas?

Dear Firefox Group! I Have two problems with my Firefox... The first, is with YouTube... Whan I view video in Landscape mode, can't exit from it, to "classic" portrait mode... Firefox continue everything in Landscape mode... The second problem is the slow website loading, with good Cellular, an good WiFi connection too.... May the problem is cooperation of the latest phone update and Firefox...

Waaaay to frequently, i can not access lowes.com with Firefox. At 1st I thought it was a VPN issue, but turned it off and still can't access, getting:

Happens on desktop and android versions, vpn off or on, using http or https, but at the same time CAN access on Brave, Chrome, and whatever stupid name Mickeysoft calls their browser this month... So I feel i have isolated it as solely a Firefox issue.

I Have gone thru absolutely every menu setting visible in FF for Android... and there has been no current findable answer provided in the forums. What's the deal? This should be easy. If it's just no longer an option, please say so. There's Nothing under "Enhance Tracking Protection" whether OFF or "standard"; Nothing under "Customization"; Nothing under "Private Browsing"; Nothing under "HTTPS ONLY" -- Not when enabled or Disabled; Nothing under "Site Permissions"; Nothing under "Exceptions".
