Whenever the app leaves the foreground, even for half a second, or if I switch tabs and then return to the original tab, it refreshes and I lose all the data on it. When I need to copy information to fill out a form, or get a code from a 2fa app, I lose all the the progress. This is driving me crazy and making it almost impossible for me to use Firefox as my main browser. I shouldn't have to restart a whole form because I got a phone call and went to the call screen for a second. Battery optimizations are all disabled.

I have a strong phone sd 870 and 6gb ram so need to put the blame on that.. but this browser keeps refreshing the webpage as soon as I leave to other apps.. yes I tried with no battery restrictions but didn't solve the problem

When I'm going to full screen video - I'm got control buttons on the screen. It's happened 2 weeks ago and go on to this day. For months now, Firefox Mobile has constantly been getting "app has stopped responding" crashes and even hard crashes (multiple times per day) for Pixel users. There's already a bug report about it but the FF team's response is that they aren't going to do anything. They claim it's an issue with the kernel but no other apps / browsers on the Pixel have this problem.

This is beyond pathetic. Maybe this not-my-problem mentality is why Firefox has reduced to less than 1% penetration.

Firefox has been a great browser on my new S22 however I have noticed recently that it has been dropping my battery percentage extremely fast, and I notice its lower almost every minute I check. This is confirmed in the battery settings menu where it shows an abnormally high amount of usage, when I mainly use Firefox for general browsing and close background tabs.

i really need to PERMANENTLY DISABLE the infernal, default auto-refresh session on return to already opened tab. tyranny of the default on Android.

if/when i want to refresh that session, i'll do so MANUALLY.

i want this, not only in alpha, but beta & standard, too. so, it just can't be buried in about:config, which is nanny-state removed from standard. it must be exposed in UI Settings.

i'm not the first or only to request this.

I have Avast premium security on my Android Motorola G6. Every time I open Firefox this malicious website tries to open! I deleted my history and it still comes back. Also when I'm not using the Firefox browser it still tries to open! Once I open the browser sometimes there are as many as seven or more attempts by this page to open! cannot display google.com website mobile version, need switch to desktop site mode at Firefox, I use Samsung note 20 ultra. please help to fix it. I could open that at yesterday.

1. Sometimes I use the browser while the system is in dark mode.
2. Then I switch system to light mode. FF recognizes it and switches to light mode accordingly.
3. Then I use it in light mode for a little more.
4. Then some time passes (maybe a few hours), I don't use FF during that time.
5. Then, I tap on FF icon, the browser starts, but immediately switches back to dark mode, while the system is still in light mode.
6. I have to close FF by swiping on it in task switcher, and then tap on the app again.
7. FF now uses light/dark theme according to system.

Device: Motorola Edge 30 Neo with stock Android 14.

I am using Fennec: 124.1.0 (Build #1241020), 516df33ca9+ GV: 124.0.1-20240326023132 AS: 124.0

Constantly crashes with the latest 3 updates. Not sure if it's on your end or the providing web sites not knowinghow to program for Android phones.

    Too many non standard screen resolutions out there for each phone???

Using Android FF, when selecting Google.com,it only loads blank white page. Entire screen is completely blank. No error messages of any kind.
