Steps to reproduce : - go to YouTube - open a video - press the full screen button or tilt the phone sideways to trigger full screen - Firefox crashes and forces back to home screen - if opening Firefox again only half of the video component shows as in portrait mode, rest is black screen - if attempting to go side/full screen does properly show the video, but going back again to normal screen still shows the half black screen

I can reproduce this with a almost 100% rate, it only fixes itself by restarting Firefox, where it will work until phone is put to sleep mode.

I tried reinstalling Firefox from scratch, as well as deleting my browser cache and it didn't fix.

I have forgotten my Gmail account password Gmail account has been deleted from my mobile. There was no recovery email and phone number in my gmail account. Now I want to recover my [edited] @gmail.com gmail account. Please help me

Every time I open a video and Firefox the stupid media control opens on my phone and plays the video or music or whatever I clicked on in the background for eternity unless I pause it, but then after a few minutes it just starts playing on its own again. Why is there no option to disable or close the stupid player?

I close Firefox I end the process but yet the stupid sound keeps coming out of my phone even with the screen off all the apps closed.

The only option I have is to hide the media control which then plays the music with absolutely no way for me to stop it. If I click on settings from that window it brings me to a screen where both options are already disabled saying not to use it but it's still opening anyways.

I can only find remedies for Windows or Mac I have not come across any solution for Android. I basically have to restart my phone every time this happens in order to get it to stop.

On android playstore, I am getting a message that a firefox update is available. But there is no description about the update. How to find out authenticity of an android app firefox update and its version and reason for the release.

I need help understanding how the Mozilla VPN is installed on Chrome OS. I have been using Chrome with an extension in the browser. Does Firefox support this feature? How secure is my chromebook with your VPN?

On youtube mobile site or a reddit video, when I click the bottom right button to fullscreen the video, a message pops up that says 'entering fullscreen mode' (with a firefox logo on the left of the message) and then firefox closes and I'm at my android home page

This seems to happen when I watch videos in a new instance. If I reopen firefox to the video and then try fullscreen again, it goes full screen no problem. So basically it's annoying and happens when I try to watch any video full screen for the first time.

Is this a known bug? Wasn't an issue on my old phone (I just got the galaxy s23).

Firefox is fully updated from playstore. Only addons installed is ublock origin and Privacy Badger

Why is there no tablet mode on Android yet? iOS has had tablet mode for years. Firefox for Android is superior (probably not as many installs) and it would be great to have this option.

Firefox for Android consistently closes whenever I try to play a video in full screen mode.

The steps to replicate this bug are as follows: I go to a website that has a video (like YouTube), I start playing a video, and then I click on the full screen button. Firefox then closes out to the main menu of the home. When I try to reenter the app, the Firefox app becomes a black screen with a horribly offset tiny corner showing a portion of the webpage.

I cannot find any crash reports in the "about Firefox" subsection of the settings

I am using The latest version of Android 13 And my version of Firefox is 114.2.0 (Build #2015957435). I have tried clearing the app cache, and reinstalling the app. Neither fixes it.

Please let me know if I can provide anything further!

I have searched in vain to find a way to keep cookies for a certain site on my android. Everything I see says to go to privacy in settings, but that doesn't exist on my phone's browser.

It's really irritating to have the site always send me an email, warning me that I have logged in, as well as insisting on texting me a code. Telling it to recognize my device does nothing if the cookies are deleted. (And, no, I'm not going to set it to always save all cookies when I choose "quit" on the browser.)

Please add this ability, Firefox! My computer browser has had the ability for years and years.

Recently autofill has stoped working, i get suggested login, address, credit card and tap on it, yet it doesn't populate the fields, tried turning on and off sync and still doesn't work
