When are you going to fix fire fox broser takes forever to change senes scrol bar on side dont work on your broser crome dont have this problem so why dont you fix it been doing that about 2 months

Hello! I am trying to create my own theme using Firefox Color, but the custom image I uploaded doesn't show in the actual theme, only the little preview. It is definitely small enough, so I do not know what the problem is. Is this able to be remedied? I am adding a screenshot so you can best understand what I mean. I have not used FireFox Color before, so if it is an obvious fix, I apologize for the trouble. Thank you, have a great day!

I have been unable to receive the OTP I need to log in. My username and password work fine but then I try to get to the OTP, it doesn't show up on my email and the cell phone number is an old one. Please help. I have a lot of shopping to do.

Would appreciate someone helping me with this problem as it's starting to frustrate me.

My website (serendipitygoatmilksoap.com.au) was built using WordPress - I love the website and how easy it is for me to edit/add and how Matt set the cart up for me is perfect but.......................I've made some changes to the wording on a page yet these changes are not showing on the live site from my desktop computer although Matt is saying the changes show when he goes to the live website????

I logged into the site, went by the how to of "Editing Page Content", previewed then clicked the "DONE" tab thinking all was good.........went to the live site but no edits I'd made (colours/fonts/formatting etc.) showed, I've enabled the cookies on the site via the settings but as I don't know what I'm doing I hesitant to do anything else without understanding what I'm doing.

I've attached images the first being the "before" and the second the "after" but I'm only able to see the "before". Could someone please explain how I'm to fix this and I would like a step-by-step if possible please.

After many months of asking if my computer could update Firefox, I finally agreed 2 days ago. I'm trying to shop for gifts on Cutter & Buck's web site and no data and photos will show up. Nothing shows. (cutterbuck.com)

Whenever I try to write anything into the address bar the suggestions cover it completely and I can't see what I am writing, see Picutre1!

However when I launch the browser in troubleshoot mode from the help menu, everything works fine, see Picture2.

The only addon I have installed is Youtube adBlock. There are two plugins running, a codec by sisco systems and a decrypt module by google.

Could somebody help me with this problem?

Using Firefox on windows 10 pro, 64 bit

Since updating to Firefox 125.0.3 (64 bit) , I am getting all sorts of website problems with font sizes. Some are all extremely small like on google news, others have widely mixed sizes, extremely large and extremely small. Even on this page, support.mozilla.org, I have to zoom 250% to make it readable.

I tried troubleshoot mode and there is no difference. The problems are still there.

I tried the Edge browser and the problem is not there.

I didn't have this problem before the update. I tried adjusting windows and the screen dpi, but I can't find a solution. Just seems to make things worse.

Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions for a solution ?

Hi. I am having problems with pages in some websites not loading - eg games on Facebook, my account page in my bank website, etc. Facebook works fine but games do not load anymore (just get the loading message but the circle just keeps spinning, and I can login to my bank but it won't load any further pages. The games problem first started around February with one or two games, but has subsequently become worse so the ONLY game that will load is Happy Acres! The problem with my bank (and a couple of others) started about a week or so ago. I've been (reluctantly) using Microsoft Edge the past couple of days with no problem other than it's sloooooow!! Was thinking of downloading Chrome but haven't done so yet. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful. Many thanks in advance.

The Copilot website text field is the only text field I have encouraged where typing text does not get automatically underlined for spelling mistakes. I have the box ticked for 'Check your spelling as you type' in the general settings, and I have tried changing the about:config layout.spellcheckDefault value to 2. Nothing has worked.

The spell checking feature for the Copilot website text field can be enabled, but you have to manually enable it each time by right clicking the text field and making sure "Check Spelling" is ticked. It is quite annoying.

The "Check Spelling" setting on every other text field from every other website like this very text field I'm typing into right here right now for this firefox support forum, has the  "Check Spelling" setting ticked by default.

The Lower Toolbar is quite handy, with for example Roboform.

Unfortunately, the way it's implemented, it comes above the lower part of the browser window, instead of being inserted at the bottom while the browser windows height is reduced.

That hides the search box when you type Control-F.

It would be nice if this could be addressed in a future release. I am using Firefox Developer 127.0b2.

Whenever I close my browser, it will show but when i open a new tab, it is gone and when i check settings, it is unchecked. I tried enabling both Shortcuts and Recent activity but only Recent activity is saved and Shortcuts is not saved.

After reading just a few questions and their answers here I realize that I'm never going to learn everything I need to know to feel comfortable or even enjoy using my desktop computer. As for my cell phone, I've never liked using it and unless someone helps me learn how to use all the available features in Firefox (plus everything else in a smart phone which I call that stupid phone) then I will probably end up throwing it in the garbage and will sit in waiting rooms reading a book or magazine instead of doing whatever it is everyone else is doing on their phones. Most likely they're texting which I just learned how to do a few months ago. I never thought texting was necessary for me to know but now it seems to be the only way my adult children keep in touch these days.

How can I possibly learn everything I can or should do with Firefox? I barely know how to use all the basic features even though I've used Firefox for years. Your updates come so frequently that I will never be able to catch up! Why don't you offer some courses strictly for seniors who need a lot or even just a little bit of guidance when it comes to tackling technological issues? I dislike new technology but we have to use it, don't we? So, make life easier for us older folks and offer a few virtual courses to help us learn what we need to know. Come on Mozilla you can do it. You offer the technology now show us how to use it!

There is a display issue when I search anything in the url bar. It goes up the window, and disappears completely if many suggestions are made. The issue disappears when in troubleshooting mode. I disabled all plugins, changed the theme to no avail.

Recently, a PDF file/form I have used for several years won't accept keyboard inputs within certain boxes/fields. The PDF is an odometer statement from the Michigan Secretary of State. I am able to complete all fields except for the 6 separate odometer boxes. I can move the cursor to each box but when I go to type a number, nothing shows up. I have used Firefox in the past while completing this PDF form without any problems. I have tried filling in the odometer boxes using various versions of Windows (7, 8.1, and 10) and various versions of Firefox (126, 115, and 109), but none of them will allow me to enter the numbers. As a test, I downloaded Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, and both of those browsers allowed me to fill in the odometer boxes. I've included a link to the PDF form. I am trying to switch from Google to Firefox, but I still use my Google email. I uploaded my contacts from Google to Firefox, but I am trying to edit my own contact info in Gmail contacts, but when I click the edit button, nothing happens. Do I need to edit it in Firefox, and will that edit migrate back to Gmail? Why can't I edit it in my Gmail contacts (in the Gmail right-hand toolbar), and it will update my Firefox contacts automatically?

If you are going to require "A" file type, fucking say what type it has to be and provide a converter or screenshot tool! I Tried .Docx and PDF. Word does not save to PNG or JPEG so they are not an option.

AT THIS POINT, I AM STRONGLY RECONSIDERING SWITCHING FIREFOX!!!!!!

When scrolling down through the YouTube home page, the current tab will crash and end up as a small window near the bottom right of the screen with a totally blacked out screen in that small window.

Only solution is to close that little window and open YouTube in a new tab... which will eventually crash the same way.

I have disabled the tracking shield for Youtube.com Problems are even worse with the tracking shield enabled.

These type of problems started with version 125. I hoped things would be resolved with 126 but problems still persist. Other websites have issues as well. Mostly with image displays such as on carfax.com when trying to view photos of cars with their photo scroller widget.

I'm not having these problems with the Edge browser.
