This morning, I was unable to log into Discord to watch a livestream because my hard drive was overfull and it was unable to install a mandatory update. Because this was a time sensitive issue, I wiped a bunch of crap off my drive as fast as I could, and I guess somehow I deleted my browser bookmarks because the field now shows as empty when I open Firefox. I was able to track down the backup file, but it throws an error when I tell it to restore. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi and thanks for your help. I was playing around with my DMARC settings for my new site and was looking around at who was hosting my WordPress domain for http://ibizignite.com, and Google directed me to GoDaddy. That was wrong. However, in my fooling around, somehow GoDaddy and this associate Westechnologies keeps popping up when I open up my browser after booting up my computer, and I cannot get rid of it. I don't know where to find it, because there is no associated extension anywhere in my extension list.

I tried to use another add-on to block it, and it does, but the darn site keeps appearing every startup after a fresh boot, and neither Westechnologies not GoDaddy appear anywhere in my Zone Map or anywhere else in my registry. Can anyone help me get rid of it please?

During my absence my house maid created a Google account for herself on my Firefox browser, which is confusing my browsing as it is also a default account. I wish to remove my maid's account but cannot find how. Please help. I am using Windows 10.

What happened to "recent bookmarks"??? I is no longer available....why???? I need it back, as I used it all the time and my bookmarks were very easy to locate. Now I have no idea where a bookmark is, that was even bookmarked an hour ago.

When I load www.foxnews.com a popup box comes up and says to view the news to turn off my ad blocker, and then makes the site inoperable. I can't find an ad blocker so I'm thinking I might have a security setting wrong. I can view the website in Chrome with no problem. Any help is appreciated. Gary

In the last couple of days I've been unable to login to my virginmedia accounts using firefox, all other browers work fine, I can enter details no trouble but as soon as I press the blue button on their page nothing happens, cleared cookies and data for virgin but didnt help.

New computer, new Firefox install. Old computer has the Library Icon in the upper right corner when the browser opens. I imported my bookmarks, but can't figure out how to get the Library Icon positioned.

I have already Uninstalled Firefox, removed all files from my system, deleted all Firefox App Data from my system, Reinstalled Firefox from Scratch, reconfigured all, but can not get this working correctly

For years, I have used print to pdf in Firefox to generate pdf files of long web pages. It always worked. But lately, I noticed that huge numbers of blank pages are inserted in the pdf file, seemingly at random. I looked at the HTML source, and could not see anything that obviously triggers the blank pages. For example, a web page that ought to print to about 35 pages generates a file of more than 600 pages, with most of them blank.

I can use Microsoft Edge as an alternative, but pdf files from that browser strip out all the color, and are nevertheless super huge, about ten times larger than the ones from Firefox. E.g. the file mentioned above, about 35 pages, would be about 1.3 MB from firefox, and 12 MB from Edge. So getting the file from Firefox would be nice.

Is there a reason why print to pdf is behaving in this strange way, and anything I can do about it?

yea i don't need help but i cannot believe you guys made an firefox installer so small so its only "390 KB" and a floppy disk only has 1.44 MB meaning it can fit into a storage thing from 40 years ago man that's crazy

(also I'm using you're firefox browser on my crappy 8 years old windows 10 laptop, and ngl its great even tho it sometimes uses a lot of cpu and ram usage it loads fast and the first time i got you're browser it ran great and this old laptop finally can run videos on 720p instead of on chrome barely running 240p)

When I have sent an email, it is not seen in 'all mails' nor 'sent emails', it is attached to a thread, when I open the thread, I have to go through many 'header' emails to find it at the bottom. Why is my last email NOT in 'sent', not in 'all mail' - or if it is on the thread, not seen at the TOP, displayed, ready to reply. Sending me nuts. Please advise how I can customize - to see the emails sent and received in REAL time. Currently my sent mail has so few in the folder. How can I stop this. I want All Mail and Sent mail, at the time I sent them. Not buried, Not as threads. I have tried removing threads, and it think it wants to delete them, I don't want that.

My LastPass extension appears as a black box with an elipse. It is red when it is active. I have logged in to LastPass, and when I go to the extensions icon and select "Open Extension" nothing happens. It's not filling in any of my login information.

A couple of weeks ago the scroll wheel on my Logitech mouse stopped working with Firefox. It works fine on all other applications on my computer but will not work on any web page or any Firefox menu. I am not using XMBC. I updated to Firefox 119.0.1 this morning and it didn't make any difference.
