L.S., by installing the latest download all my passwords are gone. I ask you urgently to let me now how to undo the latest installation (I believe it was yesterday) . I'm really very disappointed. I do not know all the passwords by heart. Please help me ASAP.

I'm a regular user & used Firefox since long time on my PC & Smartphones i loved this browser. Firefox is my main browser and there are more than 50 website Login & Passwords saved on my Firefox account. Because i trust Firefox so much. I don't keep passwords anywhere except Firefox & i don't even remember all this logins. Recently i forgot my Firefox password and just reset the password unaware of that is caused delete all my logins. So when i reset i lost all my important logins and password. I don't no why you guys did this and now i lost all my hopes. i cant even log my Facebook, Instagram, twitter and so many important websites i daily using. Please i appreciate if recover my old logins & password to this Firefox account and let me keep using Firefox in future.

As stated in title. I have ebay as one of my main page widget-thingys but have also tried typing in the address to the main search bar - it simply will not open, but will in Opera browser just fine. I also changed the address for the box to what it comes up as in Opera, but still won't work.

Immediately following a Firefox update I began having scrolling problems on my Facebook page. I am able to scroll down normally to a point, and then, all of a sudden, the scroll bar will go up and immediately go back down without me touching the mouse. It will continue doing the up and down scrolling indefinitely and at a high rate of speed. I have tried turning off auto scroll and smooth scrolling at the browser, but no luck. I have Windows 8.1. I have never heard of anyone else having this problem so this seemed like my only option.

Started up Firefox this morning and was prompted for some updates and settings changes. Decided to skip those as there was something i wanted to do. Now I have no sound in Firefox, on any site. tested local files in VLC player and i have sound. even uninstalled and reinstalled my sound device. still no sound in Firefox. i do have sound in chrome. so it is a firefox issue. and 2 reboots have not resolved it. need to know what to check next ? please and thank you.

I'm getting warning emails (2 so far) that windows 8.1 will no longer be supported after I think the end of this year and that I should buy windows 11. Since I use firefox exclusively, does this warning affect me? I'm not very computer savvy and am not sure what is the relationship mozilla firefox to windows (I think it's microsoft windows). I guess this computer has windows 8.1 but I'm not sure. Also, awhile back, microsoft edge showed up on my laptop but I've never even opened it, not even sure what it is. Not sure exactly when but I bought this Asus laptop but it's been several years. Thank you very much for any instruction and/or advice you may be able to give me. Randy Boone. For a number of days now my Firefox Browser has been stopping/freezing whatever you want to call it, mostly accompanied with banner at top of screen stating that "Mozilla Firefox Unresponsive". It has been happening constantly (every few minutes for a few days now), but unlike in the past I have NOT gotten any of the "Mozilla Crash Report" boxes to send. First, whats happening with Firefox that it keeps crashing so much? Second, why have I not been receiving any Mozilla Crash Reports to send?

I would appreciate a reply soon as it's come to the point I may have to switch to another browser to stop the constant disruptions while using my computer.

Prior to the last two <Firefox> updates (too many, too frequently!), no problem. Both keyboard and mouse were recognized. Since then, only the mouse, although everything's fine when I use Chrome.

Yes, I'm on the latest version, and have cleared caches and rebooted ... after every new version.

Hi, I receive every week a newsletter, where are listed special offers more info, etc. Firefox always blocks this page and redirect it to 404 page of this website. However, when I copy the same link from the newsletter and load it to Chrome, there is no problem. Here is the example: 'Actual Link: 'https://www.newsletter.reallusion.com/click.html?x=a62e&lc=K7G&mc=b&s=wm4&u=v&z=SOOKj4J& Result in Firefox: https://www.newsletter.reallusion.com/error404.html This is very annoying and makes me to want to switch to Chrome as a default browser unless there is an option in Firefox how to fix it.

I have a laptop and use Mozilla Firefox as my browser. I am having trouble with Amazon.com Prime Video, my homepage states it thinks I am traveling. Nothing has changed. The problem comes and goes but I can't figure out a pattern. Amazon has not helped during calls or chats, it is a mystery. Because Amazon thinks I am traveling I cannot view most video content such as Starz channel, I am limited. Any tips? Thanks!

Almost as soon as the most recent Firefox update, 109.0, happened, I began having this half tab showing up on the far left of my tabs bar for some site - https://deal2coupon.com/all-stores/ebay.com.

What the hell is this? Did it come with the update? I've searched all over the internet and all I find are all the top Google search returns are directed to that site as if they are a wonderful site and they will do their best to tell you that's true. Bah! Humbug! I even checked https://reports.adguard.com and all it says is it's not on any black list they monitor. (YET!)

How do I get rid of it? Who do I report it to?

When I search for driving schools in my area; my driving school comes up with two stars. Several months back my 4.9 rating with over three hundred reviews would come up. Someone changed the way it is coming up and it's showing two stars with one review from Yelp? Please help me. This is not fair?

I have had access to the following website through Firefox for many years – no problem. Today, it comes up with the error message and reference indicated below. Nothing I do – cache clearing and the like, makes any difference. Denied access. No other website has been altered in this way. Any thoughts – is this down to you?
