I was trying to resolve a graphics issue with Firefox and Webgl2 on a specific website, so I used a recommended solution in advanced settings, which just spread the problem to other websites. I wasn't really sure what to do at this point, so I tried to just reset all the modified settings to attempt to get back to the first download settings. However, I was unable to do this and now Firefox can't load any pages, even when I've deleted the browser and redownloaded it. How can I get a completely fresh download, or even can I? I'm not tech savvy and extremely frustrated at this point.

Hi, I installed the new update yesterday. This morning, I cannot access anything through my usual Firefox browser. I'm making this report from Google - which is working fine on the same computer. When I try to access any websites, the usual tab opens with a greyed-out "X" (or hourglass?) on the left of the tab - then nothing happens. I've tried restarting - no luck. I suspect yesterday's update was flawed/had a glitch. Please help.

Is it possible for a big tech company like Apple to release a web platform that is not compatible with Firefox? Firefox is not supported by Apple School Manager (https://school.apple.com) i.e. a web platform designed for educational institutions (PA). Is it legal? Is it possible to make a claim to EU institutions? Thank you

Firefox since 102 or 103 has a giant issues with gifs, movies ect after resuming from hibernation. In the Dev mode there are errors like this:

MediaLoadExhaustedCandidates = no any media can be loaded

Invalid URI. Load of media resource %S failed

Why does it happen only in firefox? Even in FF 120 Windows.

When I try to log into the site, the system sends a 2FA code. I enter the code an Firefox goes into a loop waiting for the server. When I use Chrome, I get right in. I do not want to be forced over to Chrome. How can I fix this?

I cannot access https://www.tumblr.com or https://www.tumblr.com/dashboard, I just get a Server Not Found error. Other tumblr domains (such as specific blogs like [username].tumblr.com or their support database help.tumblr.com) all load fine, it's just specifically the main page/dashboard that won't load. Likewise, when I go to my own blog domain, the blog and all pages load just fine EXCEPT for the ask page, which displays the same error view in the ask box field with the rest of the page loading like normal (see attached screenshots).

I have done standard troubleshooting including clearing my cache (this did not work), reloading in troubleshooting mode to determine if the issue is being caused by one of my extensions (it does not appear to be), and refreshing firefox (also did not work). I can load tumblr just fine on both their mobile app and through firefox mobile, and I can load all other websites with no issues on my laptop, and I have confirmed with other firefox users that they are not experiencing the same issue. It's literally just 1) my laptop, 2) on firefox desktop version only and 3) this specific site. I've exceeded my own ability to troubleshoot this issue and would appreciate any advice on how to fix this.

I just started using Firefox today and I'm migrating everything from google. I've found that Pinterest seems to be entirely broken? I'm using quite a few plug-ins recommended to me, I'm not sure if one of them is the root of all this or what, but when I try to use Pinterest, I can't scroll on the explore page, or save new pins, or see anything on my account (it's just blank) or do anything that Pinterest exists for. Help

I attached some screenshots. On the explore page it won't load any further when I scroll. The second screenshot is my account and how it never loads and stays blank. Third is what happens if I click on an image in explore (no more load, can't save the image to a board, can't do anything). I also added a screenshot of every extension I have for reference, in case it turns out it's one of the extensions causing this?

i dont know why but when in fullscreen sites have weird borders around them it seems to be a firefox issue i dont know how to fix it.my computer runs windows 11 if that helps.

In my ongoing battles with Firefox which no longer offers a painless way to use the internet, in Reddit's moderation page, messages are flashed up for a frame and then disappear and I'm told there's nothing to display. However, in Chrome this page shows the messages and I can use the page correctly.

Anyone else having this trouble?

I have a website that uses Javascript 'fetch()' to call pages on the server, and no matter what I try, it never works, since around the end of the year. I keep getting the following error:

"Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource."

Can somebody help?

My website (onefishfoundation.org) will not load on Firefox. Instead, I get the "Secure Connection Failed" message with the above statement. This just started happening today. My website loads fine It loads with every other browser.

I've tested my certificates on SSLShopper and WhyNoPadlock and there were no issues on either. I've cleared the cache and history on my browser.

I've closed and re-opened the browser.

How do I fix this?

This issue has plagued me ever since I switched for Firefox. I have NEVER encountered this issue with any other browser. Once every week or two I will encounter a page with an MP3/MP4 file and will be presented with this error. I have already tried clearing cache, disabling addons, reloading, etc, but I guarantee the "best answer" will just be some rehashing of these steps. Something is fundamentally broken with this browser, and there are hundreds of people across various sites reporting it. Fix it.

Some Hebrew fonts are appearing as little rectangles , when I turn off 'allow website to provide fonts' then even more of the Hebrew (not just the Heb on buttons) appear as rectangles (see images) .

yesterday Firefox browser will not load the google search page https://www.google.com.au/?gws_rd=ssl I get a blank screen.

I have checked the connection to the network using my Mobile data and Home Wifi connection

Troubleshooting done so far: Deleted all history Cleared the cache deleted bookmarks uninstalled and done a clean install of the Firefox borwser from Google playstore

Issue remains.

I use mozilla firefox as my main web browser, and youtube sometimes does sometimes doesn't load (picture below). This happens only on firefox. Every other website works fine tho.

When I try to log out of my financial institution's web site using the Firefox browser, the "Sign Out" link is dead. (This issue began last month.) That sign-out link works as it should when using the Edge or Chrome browsers.

I've installed each offered update to the Firefox software. I always delete temporary files, cookies, histories and caches etc. after ending an internet session. Is there some way for me to troubleshoot this specific issue at my end (i.e., check settings)?

Otherwise, I'll continue signing out from that web site by closing the browser. Cheers
