Recently had my FF update to version 115.0 automatically. With the update, watching videos on youtube is impossible. Videos show buffering but never play the video and do not start even with skipping around. Same thing goes for live streams on twitch where the chats will load but not the actual stream. Other videos in news websites appear to be the same. Issue is not resolved in private browsing.

My website https://www.kdka100.org will not load all data on its front page on Firefox, but works fine on Edge and Chrome. I have looked for settings to correct but to no avail. I spoke to the hosting company and all certificates should be OK now. The front page portion being blocked has photos which use the rollover feature to display text. The rest of the site appears to be working as it should. Any help appreciated.

For the past few months, Firefox V 115, will not save bookmarks on any folder except Bookmarks Toolbar. I have gone through the Help sections and have followed the various steps to find, and change, the bookmark files. They are always marked 'read only'. I change them and try to save a bookmark. Nothing. When I restart Firefox, the files are back to 'read only' again. What am I doing wrong?

How do I solve this problem?

In my search suggestions in the search bar, when I click "youtube.com" for this example, it now says "switch to tab" which automatically switches to an open youtube tab, rather than opening a new tab.

There is no way to turn this 'feature' off. It doesn't let me pick which youtube tab it switches to, just the first one regardless of how many instances of a website there are open.

Please remove this feature, or give us a way to turn it off.

I would like to put an individual tag onto my bookmarks toolbar. This StackExchange answer from years ago seems to suggest that it should be possible just like putting the Tags category onto the toolbar. However, I am not able to do that for an individual tag, even though I can for the whole Tags category.

Is it possible to put an individual tag onto the toolbar? If so, how would I do that?

Logins.csv appeared on my desktop after powering on PC. I did not export password data, file just showed up. Is this normal? Related to an update? Should I be concerned about a data breach?

The solution for the original Disable F11 (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1255696) is no longer working. When the solution is executed from the Browser Console...

The return is a reference to "HTLMDocument chrome://browser/content/browser.xhtml" which can be opened up and displays more information.

It used to just come back with something like "Undefined." and then it worked (F11 was disabled for the browser instance). Looks like it just started to not work with this latest version of 115.0 64-bit as this solution has been working for over a couple of years now.

Is there a way to enable this to work in the latest version?

I'm experiencing an issue where Firefox is not reopening tabs where I left off after closing Firefox.

I do have Settings > Startup > Open previous windows and tabs enabled.

If I close Firefox via Hamburger Menu (3 lines in the top right) > Exit or via hotkey (Ctrl + Shift + Q) then the windows and tabs re-open, as expected. But if I close via the "X" in the top right hand corner, they do not, instead I am presented with a single blank tab when I reopen Firefox.

Hi:

As of today, I have 2 problems with Mozilla Firefox that I don't have on Chrome:

1. I have several html checkboxes in my custom website, smartreis.com. Starting today, Firefox gives a message on all checkboxes that they are required to proceed. My code does not have the "required" attribute on the <input> field. This causes problems (see attached).

2. I have Accessibe installed. As of today, Firefox shows their blue badge with checkmark, but no text. Normally, it shows the white Da Vinci "man" icon in the blue circle (see attached).

I have spent all evening using the Console to debug a project I have been working on. All of a sudden it now displays event information for every click, every keypress (up and down events separately), every selection, everything. This now happens on (almost) any site I visit. This is so absurdly verbose anything I am hoping to debug is buried under mountains of extraneous information about my inputs.

Is this is a setting that can be disabled somewhere, that I enabled without realising somehow? I have spent some considerable amount of time poking around trying to find some setting, but to no avail. It was certainly not behaving this way before, is it possible to change this back?

Can log into office 365 with MS Edge and the outlook desktop app. logging into Office 365 results in a 500 error and too many redirects error. Have run anti-virus, cleared all history, cache and a Refresh. Advanced uninstall of Firefox and reinstalled, still can't login.

Having inspected [https://searchfox.org/mozilla-release.../popup.css] I am still unable to find a solution to remove the box shadow from content area context menus.

I want to download some files, but it always fails. I discovered this is because there is no selected download location, but when i click "Choose", it doesn't open a file selector, nothing.

Yesterday my company laptop was factory reset by IT team. Today I re-installed firefox and logged into the account. All the logins, history etc are gone now. Is there a way to restore my data?
