I have been using Firefox for accessing my desktop online banking for some years. In the last few days, the images on the part of the logon page that requires card and security details are stretched laterally, which prevents use. The text seems normal. See attached screenshot.

I can shrink the image to fit my screen, but I have not entered any details. The bank has checked their end and cannot find anything wrong: suggested that I switch browser - which worked.

I prefer to continue with Firefox, so wish to find a fix. Have I got some malware on-board, or is it an update issue?

I use Norton for security, and I've done a full sweep having updated. Nothing found. I use CCleaner very regularly - nothing found after checking for updates.

What do I need to do now, please?

Can't open eBay links via Firefox i.e., "contact seller", "view other items", "visit store". Google Chrome works. Have disabled enhanced tracking on eBay in Firefox. I'm very frustrated. It's been happening for a couple months.

In the last few versions of Firefox the "Always ask you where to save files" does not work properly. Sometimes it asks, sometimes it automatically downloads. The majority of items I download are in PDF. Some I am asked & put on desktop to move later while some are automatically sent to Downloads folder. In Help, it says to go to Settings > General > Applications to get this to happen but under PDF I have it set to "Always ask". And Firefox is not doing this. Will this be fixed in future versions? There seem to be a lot of people that have this problem, which is basically creating work. I understand it only takes seconds to get them but over the course of time it's not efficient. I've been using Firefox for years & do not always agree with some of the changes but this one is really frustrating because it is not consistent. I only want to be able to have the where to/save as box show up when I attempt to download a PDF. Any other or real suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, JF

Once again, there seems to be an issue with Firefox and Google services. I cannot click on any links in my Gmail and go anywhere. I cannot search Google. I cannot load YouTube or play any videos. This is the third time this issue has come up in the past month. Please fix it permanently!

Created - Boomer With A View September 19, 2013 there are 2 Facebook accounts one is my original account the other is fraudulent and I can't recover my account or my blog account Boomer With A View. I just don't know where to go for help. No one ever helps me to get my account , friends, groups, messengers back. Please help me or tell me where to go to get help. I can not open wheely.com on my laptop - as I am working from home today, and it is crucial for me to have an access to this web-site. Just a couple of weeks ago, everything was fine. Now the mistake is PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

I just asked for help because audio/video was not executing on Firefox. I just dropped out of the browser and reloaded and now it's OK.

When you're waiting for the website to respond, there is a very small black blob that moves backwards and forwards from left to right in the firefox browser Tab of the window you are using. It is too small especially if there are a dozen Tabs, or more.. Is there any way/Add-On to make this larger/more obvious please?

It just updated to 102.2.1 30 minutes ago. Now I can no longer access my AOL mail.

I get the following message: "The server does not support the selected authentication method. Please change the 'Authentication method' in the 'Account Settings | Server settings'."

It worked before the update. ???

I used search f or three different subjects and now they do not go way even when I erased them several times. It is really bothering me.What can I do to get of them?

I can play videos and audios on another browser or files stored on my computer, but just now I cannot on Firefox. I saw the FAQ explanation about Windows 7, but I have been using Firefox for years including just hours ago using Windows 7. Why would this happen right now? Did some new version just get installed? If so, can I return to the prior version and turn off the automatic update?

So this question has been asked twice and was ignored and archived I see. But the problem on Mac still not resolved - Hebrew on all Google products appears as squares, not readable text. Can you help resolve this?

I had the PC at Staples to get malware removed. They also removed the AVG Anti-Virus and installed McAfee Anti-Virus instead. When I got the PC home, many of my Firefox settings had been changed, I don't know by what or whom. And my Greasemonkey and Adblocker extensions had been removed. I reinstalled those, but now cannot get my two desired scripts for Greasemonkey to download, let alone install. I also now have a message, "your browser is being managed by your organization." But this is my own PC that I use for both work and personal purposes. I've tried all the recommended approaches for removing the "organization" message, to no avail. Tech support from McAfee recommended removing and reinstalling Firefox, but I don't know if that is likely to fix the problem, and I would lose all my bookmarks, some of which are important for my work. I don't know how to save the bookmark links before trying to uninstall/reinstall Firefox. Need help.

I'm running Firefox in Windows 12 and am noticing that without me doing anything the browser will close by itself on a regular basis. What can I do to stop this from happening?

Webpages with divs and buttons that hover a consistent space of the screen like taskbars and Reddit's "back to top" button flicker white and jitter around when I try to scroll and I would like to find a quick fix if possible. I am a new user and I've only so far had to touch config settings to fix on hover UI with Twitter. Everything else is default settings and I keep getting forwarded to old bug reports and github pages for web developers when I'm trying to fix it from the user side on multiple common pages like Tumblr and StackOverflow.
