Does anyone else have this problem and how did you correct it? I did try the Chrome browser and it did not act in a similar way. My Windows 10 is up to date. Thanks.

I am running Apple OS High Sierra, 10.13.6 on an older iMac Mid 2011. My Preferences have always been set, or checked, General_Tabs "Open links in Tabs instead of NEW Window."

The result is a Firefox screen full of Single Windows with Single Tabs. Some Windows I may continue to add Tabs to but most of the time I copy the link from the NEW Window and paste the link on the older Window. If I am in a hurry the result will be many many Opened NEW Windows with one or two NEW Tabs. See attachments. This has been going on for at least 6 months now.

Note your checkbox titled "Email me when someone answers the thread" does not work but please email me at "[email removed from public]".

firefox shows persian font in a very weird way, hard to describe, but you can recognize it if you also use the persian / arabic writing system or anything similar, i dont have many fonts installed, maybe an essential font is missing, names of fonts would be nice or packages.

I participate in a number of different surveys. Using Firefox. Only one of the surveys has become inaccessible on Firefox while I can still access it using Google. What has happened?

Why can't I get on viewmyaccount.com?It is for a financial service lpl finance. I was told not to go to viewmyaccountlpl.com.but to stay with viewmyaccount,com only.

I have the option set to always ask me if I want to open a pdf with browser, acrobat, or to download. I usually select open with Acrobat and, for the last few months, I have been getting an unwanted download as well. I found in the help articles that this is now the default action. For me, it usually means that at the end of a session i have to go to my desktop (my optioned destination for downloads) and clean it up by deleting every file I have looked at.

I recommend that you make that functionality optional. I just want to view the vast majority of things I open. For the few that I might want to download after viewing them, i would prefer to take a proactive step to download them after I have reviewed them.

Hi, ever since cross-site cookie protection came in, all tumblr blogs I go to (as in when I type their url into the address bar, not when I visit them from my tumblr dash) sometimes break, treating me as if I'm logged out, except when I click to log in it takes me straight to the dashboard. Refreshing can sometimes fix it, making it that most dreaded of troubleshooting pains, an intermittent problem. Should be easier than most though, as this happens roughly about three times out of four, although sometimes I can have a bad run and refresh twenty times or more without being able to actually interact with anything as if I were logged in. And the occasional blog that the owner took advantage of advanced features to have a non-[user name].tumblr.com site, like for example this one simply refuse to see me as logged in at all. I PRESUME this is because the existing tumblr.com exceptions only cover some of the servers tumblr uses to authenticate logins, or something, but even when a blog is not letting me interact with stuff Firefox still says it detects 'no trackers known to Firefox'.

recently I have been slipping on my keyboard recently and well from that point on when I try to access a link it will download a file called like this: "fsyZrWoP" or when I try to do a search it does a download called: "search" image of the files below

I try to setup Firefox so that it is blank in all categories but I still Find Bing under Settings, Private & Security, Manage Data even though I added both http and https://www.bing.com to block status?? I do this so that I can securely and privately connect to my services such as banks, medicare, etc. No Reply Necessary. I always check this when getting ready to connect and remove the cookie. I have met this issue twice. Before I retired my old PC, I did click the "sync now". However, when I login in Firefox in my new PC, I found the bookmarks are very very out of date. Because my old PC was formatted, I lost my latest bookmarks in Firefox.

Could you help with this?

My firefox collapsed a couple of times (I don't blame it my browsing contained around 40 tabs XD). However, when I restarted the browser all of my addons went missing also I cannot add any new addons tried the ones recommended by the browser. I also tried to update the browser and all the troubleshooting options I could find. The issue is not detected by any troubleshooting I tried. So please help me restore somehow my addons or at least make me able to install addons at all. Thanks

After the last Firefox update, i am trying to open youtube.com in my Firefox browser but it's not letting me to do it. Every time i open it shows an error and says that the error is from YOUTUBE and FIREFOX or I can do nothing about it. But the funny part is its working on other browsers like chrome.

it has been crashing on a regular basis for sometime,(once, twice, three times a week ) no symptom, no indication, never have more than 2 windows going, wtf I'm going to chrome or wherever, if I do not get support

Firefox is constantly hanging and trying to load. I have done several re installs and everything else to correct this problem but it still exists.
