Hi Colleen,

I’m not able to log into my Bold App to review recurring customer subscription orders using Shopify.

It says that I can't open it because my browser does not allow third party cookies.

How do I change my settings so that I can view third party cookies on Firefox?

My firefox is upto date, even re downloaded it and refreshed it. I go to the add on's menu and chose any one, and every one when i download it says "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt."

recently I have been slipping on my keyboard recently and well from that point on when I try to access a link it will download a file called like this: "fsyZrWoP" or when I try to do a search it does a download called: "search" image of the files below

My firefox collapsed a couple of times (I don't blame it my browsing contained around 40 tabs XD). However, when I restarted the browser all of my addons went missing also I cannot add any new addons tried the ones recommended by the browser. I also tried to update the browser and all the troubleshooting options I could find. The issue is not detected by any troubleshooting I tried. So please help me restore somehow my addons or at least make me able to install addons at all. Thanks

Hi Team, need your help pretty badly. font size and alignment of the page/gaps in few parts of the web site is too big and the configuration has not applied to entire page. It is not affecting entire website with whatever i make changes in configuration I am keep using firefox for many years now, please help me to fix this.

please refer the snapshot attached to this thread the menu font and mail content font is not matching, mail content is bigger than it expected(zoom out/in and changing font size has different effects for some parts of page)

I have twice come across a glitch on the Firefox version of tumblr. The notifications will remain entirely static, regardless of how many items are in my dash or how many people have interacted with my posts. I am sure this is a Firefox issue as logging onto Google Chrome removes this issue entirely. I have temporarily removed cookies and passwords for tumblr, but the issue has not improved.

When trying to save PDF's, firefox use to save each file as ex/ document, document(1), document(2) etc... now when trying to auto save it is making me input a name manually and won't automatically add the (#) to each file. How can i fix this?

I had this problem in april, and the fix was given (below) but the link no longer works. Problem started again with a recent update...

Several FACEBOOK games show OVER MAGNIFIED when going into full screen. Some examples are SPADES PLUS and JUNE's JOURNEY. The problem started about 3 weeks ago. The only "workaround" I can find is to try to hit F11 and / or control - . It might take a dozen or so attempts to finally get it to show correctly. The problem does not exist in OPERA or CHROME. ( These browsers have their own unique problems, such as extreme slow response in Spades Plus ).. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox several times to no avail. I am using a LAPTOP with WIN 7 OS. All has worked well up until about 3 weeks ago.

Attachments in Yahoo mail are from todays FF update, not showing and pages for past few weeks have just been hanging? Windows 10, the reply from Yahoo, switch browser. Been using FF for years and really dont want to learn a new system!

Hi all, I'm having a lot of problems with Firefox crashing pretty often. Sometimes once or twice a day.

I most often see crashes in the middle of a Webex video conference for work. But Firefox sometimes goes down in other situations that I see no pattern in.

This is Ubuntu 20.04, Firefox 102.0. Unfortunately, it's a complex environment to debug.

First, when firefox goes down, it rarely leaves a crash report behind. So I'm not getting any direct evidence as to what is happening. Second, I run with uBlock active and it is very difficult to function in the browser without long enough for the crash to happen. Third, I typically have several hundred tabs open. I have a lot of memory (64G) in my machine, and the machine doesn't act like it's swapping, so I don't think I'm running out of memory.

Any help getting to the bottom of what's going on is welcome.

it has been crashing on a regular basis for sometime,(once, twice, three times a week ) no symptom, no indication, never have more than 2 windows going, wtf I'm going to chrome or wherever, if I do not get support
