Each time I connect to the Sam's Club website I get a popup box that says "Let us know your human (no robots allowed)" even before I try to login. There is an "X" in the upper left corner of the message that I can click on twice and the box goes away. I then can click login and my password saver fills the boxes at which time I get the same box. I click again on the X and a message says there is a problem, try again later.

I got a notice from Mozilla that Firefox was updated over night. Now when I hit a link it goes to edge instead of Firefox. In the Firefox settings, it still says that Firefox is my default browser. I do not want to use Edge. How do I fix this. I have used Firefox for many years.

another post suggested checking the about:config browser.search.region mine says "GB" which would be correct for .co.uk

All other search plugins work fine. Any suggestions?

I get this error messsage:

<We are unable to complete your request. Our system is currently unavailable.Please try again later.>

when i try to log on to my USAA bank accounts.

Tech support at the bank worked with me for an hour. We changed password, cleared the cache for the bank's apps, restarted Firefox, restarted the computer, all to no avail. I declined to try Google, simply because i don't trust it. Tech support person said another bank customer had had same problem and just changed browsers, which i don't want to do.

I have been using Firefox on my Huawei P29 for several years. I have Google UK set as my search engine and on my home page and this has been fine for years. Two or three days ago when I loaded Firefox Google UK and Google.com wouldn't display. The link flashes in the top bar but the page stays blank. They will load in Chrome and in Firefox if I have desk top mode switched on, but not in android mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, cleared the browser cache but no change. Getting pretty fed up with wasting my time sorting it out. Is it the Huawei phone or Firefox's last update?

I am having issues with Firefox crashing at various times though out the day. It always starts out fine, but at some point it just stops responding and I have to close the browser and reopen it. This happens at least once a day and it does it on different units (my LG Laptop, Dell Desktops (2 different units-1 at work and 1 at home), Surface Pro 9, my Dell laptop), so I know it is not the unit, it is something in Firefox! My Dell laptop runs Windows 10, all the others run Windows 11. Please look into this and provide a patch. Thank you!

Every once in awhile i get a second Firefox icon pinned to my taskbar and also a second listing for firefox in my programs list. If i try and delete the extra version there is only one listed in the control panel. Has anyone else seen this? I am running Windows 10 Pro.

I keep getting a message that says on YouTube "experiencing interruptions, find out why?'. The videos pause and are choppy. When I click find out why, it's telling me to turn off my high resolution. I don't even know how to do this. My tower is connected to a samsung hd smart tv, that serves as my monitor. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse. The message is constant - all day long, every day. I've tried with a vanilla Mozilla/FF with all extensions disabled but still will not return the XML file

Whenever I start Firefox it loads up on the upper left corner in a minimized version and I have to double click the maximizing button to get everything right. I tried the tip of deleting the .js file in the Profile folder of the browser. I did that 5 times and the problem still occurs. Everything is up to date. What's wrong?

Hi, I am using Linux Zorin and have updated to a later OS but cannot reinstall my stored files because, "/home/garry/.mozilla/firefox/0czvkt76.default-release/lock". Which has confused me, I have used a Deja Dup backup which uses Duplicity files as per the Zorin programme. Duplicate files are stored in a WD ext hard drive. What can I do to recover my files pls? Here is a rather long winded explanation of my problem initially prepared for an email to Firefox until I found out that was not a possibility. Hello Agent, I have a problem with Firefox described as follows: I have an account with a company called Eversfield Organic an organic meat company. They have a facility whereby the delivered cold packs and insulating material can be returned to them via DPD free of charge. To achieve this a form has to be completed on Eversfields site to enable a returns label to be printed. When attempting to complete this form one line of this form will not accept an input. This item is called the “Country” which should read “United Kingdom”. I cannot input this manually or by my password manager “RoboForm” which temporary inputs United Kingdom until I release the mouse button when it goes blank again. I have tried the Google Chrome and Opera browsers which work perfectly using this system. So logically it would appear that there is a fault with Firefox which is a shame since it is my preferred browser. It would be appreciated if you can provide a solution to this problem.
