HI< when i open an attachment and chose "save page as" noting happens for many minutes< then it finaly does, go to the folder,m why the long delay?

after starting firefox first time works, then 2nd time, long delay?

Can you please explain how I can get rid of this "Malvertising"? I do not have this on Chrome or Brave browsers although Firefox is my default browser. Thanks in Advance Al J

I just want to delete my account. I changed my password, even though I logged in with it the first time, because it kept saying it was wrong. I tried again, and it keeps saying my password is wrong on the second step of account deletion.

Delete the [expletive] account. I'm not jumping through hoops. I don't care if there's a server issue or whatever [expletive] delay you can pull out of your ass. DELETE THE PROFILE.

My company IT security service is blocking jid1-MnnxcxisBPnSXQ@jetpack.xpi from running, which is located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\4krcmzjv.default-release\extensions.

What does this file do?

i had pinned some tabs that i really needed. i finished with firefox and i closed it. when i opened it the next time all my pinned tabs where gone...i don't know what to do i really need them..i signed in again but nothing changed

This has happened to me too many times and haven't found a solution to it. When I open Firefox after I have booted up my PC, my browser would either function as normal and everything is kept the same, or would act as if I am new to Firefox and reset my settings and add-ons. I tried re-installing the browser and creating new browser profile, yet those solutions that I've found hasn't worked. Any solutions would be helpful, thanks

Since the most recent update, my bookmarks menu which I HAVE HAD & PREFER TO HAVE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY SCREEN, has disappeared. How I organized them and had them listed was IMPORTANT to me. What did you do, and how will you fix it?

Hello. I just bought a new computer and I wanted to transfer my digital certificate from the old computer, but it doesn't work. I find my certificate and click backup. I select the destination folder, name and set the password. When I ok it say (translated from Slovenian) "Backup could not be done for unknown reasons". Any ideas? I tried running it as an administrator, but the problem persists. Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards, Urban

I have exported my bookmarks from a pc, several dozen. I want to import a few of them but don't want to overwrite all of my existing bookmarks on the 2nd pc. How can I do this?
