I have been using firefox for years. I went to medicare.gov this weekend and was unable to login. I have never had a problem using firefox to login to Medicare.gov. I called medicare and they only told me to clear history and cookies which I did OR use another browser. I am using a Mac and used Safari, but had to turn on Java script to login. I have turned off all addons. Looked at settings, but can not find why I can not use firefox to login to Medicare.gov

Suggestions!!!!!

Its very simple, I have a bunch of Saved Log in and Passwords saved in the place I'm supposed to save it. Starting yesterday for some reason Firefox stopped doing the Fill-in part. I've check all my info and its all still in there it just isn't getting from there to my Log In screens like it should? And to cut out this needless babble, it is NOT my computer! Cause guess what, I also have Chrome and my saved password function works just fine with them. Which is why I have both, it must be a really funny Business Lunch where you and Google flip a coin to see who is going to play dumb this week.

Hello,

So I have noticed that it is now somewhat common, after I upgrade to a newer version of FF, that I often "Lose" one or more Pinned Websites. This didn't use to happen and the reason I have pinned every one of the websites on the four rows of possible websites is that I want to be able to go back to that website and it's quicker to go from "here" vs. from a bookmark. Another thing that now happens: I was on a new website yesterday and today FF had replaced one of my favorite pinned websites.

I have to ask: What is the point of having the ability to Pin a website IF FF is then going to "arbitrarily" remove my pinned website and Replace it with some website I did Not choose to pin?! I thought that was the point: that I could Pin a website and have access to it and it would Stay there. (Okay, as much as anything can "stay" there in a world in flux) The bummer is, I have Lost some significant websites that I can't even find again Because I had relied on them being Pinned and did not make a bookmark Because it was already Pinned. Do you follow me?

The way I see it is that IF I Pin a website, it should Stay Pinned and Not be able to just be replaced, Especially if I Don't either dismiss it from the library Or delete it from the library. But this has been happening more and more often and it seems arbitrary and unfair. I don't want FF to Add a website to my 4 rows of pinned websites by taking away a website I had previously pinned. Again, what's the point of pinning it in the first place then?

Thank you for your time.

I've experienced this about 4 times now over the past few weeks, at seemingly random intervals. This occurs on both my Mac mini and MacBook pro (both with M1), usually after browsing for an hour or more. Possible culprit - this seems to have only started happening after running a Snowflake proxy. Could this be the cause? If not, what else might it be?

Additional info Extensions - Bitwarden, SimpleLogin, uBlock Origin, Dark Reader Tracking protection - Strict

105.03 on Macos 12.5 & 12.6, Apple Silicon

I recently received a SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN error when trying to connect to a Heroku site (addons.heroku.com) I think. I thought it was a Heroku problem, but noticed that on clicking "advanced" the certificate was described as being for completely different domains, on every refresh.

Shift-refresh fixed this.

Since then I upgraded to Macos 12.6, and today received a similar error when trying to connect to https://www.theautopian.com/mclaren-f1-chief-engineer-gordon-murrays-mk-i-ford-escort-is-a-restomod-masterpiece/ – again, the certificate was described as belonging to a different domain. As before a shirt-refresh fixed this.

Please give this old lady a baby step by baby step way to fix this java void thing? Like I said, I'm not tech savvy but I can usually follow clear instructions. It just showed up yesterday and I don't think I've added anything to the computer to make this happen. But it's really frustrating. I do appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

I am trying to use the IRS website to apply for an EIN. The process stops after I enter my SS # and try to go to the next step of entering my address.

"You don't have permission to access "http://sa.www4.irs.gov/modiein/IndividualEINClientServlet?" on this server. Reference #18.65f7df17.1666727886.1f74295d"

IRS system requirements Help says: TLS encryption must be enabled. Session cookies enabled. Javascript enabled.

I am guessing the TLS encryption is not operating correctly. Any thoughts on this?

Wow, I guess you have left the USA too! In order for a website to call itself SUPPORT it must actually offer some kind of SUPPORT! Try a Dictionary, maybe an understanding of what the word means will help. In the mean time I am going back to Chrome(Hopefully you understand how bad of a job you have to be doing for people to go back to Google)
