I removed firefox from my iphone because I don't want all my passwords available in the clear. No primary password is used, as far as I can tell. Let me know when/if this is fixed.

I just opened firefox today for the first time in maybe a week and it updated to the newest version. When the browser opened, I tried to login to my tax website and found that all of my stored logins had vanished. This is most unhelpful as many of them were firefox generated. I need them back as soon as possible.

when i search something in the search bar up by the address bar it is suppose to be using google thats how i got it setup but lately its been searching under yahoo why please help

It seems Firefox is getting worse and worse. I am now back to pages loading very slowly. My IT guys say firefox is [redacted] and go to chrome or something else but i hate transferring bookmarks. WHY can't you stabilize your [redacted] browser. Yours is the only browser my PC runs into trouble with. Makes me [redacted] furious.

After a trip on which I used several other internet connections, my Firefox has become very unstable. It is prompting me to shut down Firefox in order to open the next window. It is also flickering on the refresh icon. It is also blocking adult content. I have refreshed the Firefox browser but that changed nothing. I am not sure how to troubleshoot to look specifically at these problems. I am fearful of trying to delete and reinstall this program as I do not use any other online browsers and do not want to install them. Can this be troubleshooted remotely without risking malware?

Just restarted PC and opened Firefox, but with my normal Firefox, another page popped up which was a Firefox guest page on the website:

The website was "Not Secure" so I just closed out of it, was wondering if this is a cause for worry or if it's just a minor issue. All help is appreciated, thanks.

Sir, I'm not sure, but I think my bookmarks vanished in combinaton with an upgrade. All of them are gone, and I very much would like to have them back! Sincerely Yours, Dan

I use outlook to merge my emails from several different providers. Due to a software update, I had to login and confirm the IMAP password of on particular email provider (web.de). Somehow this failed (both in outlook and directly at the web.de website via firefox), and I reset my password for this email. Firefox did not allow me to login directly into my mail on the web.de website, whereas I succeeded to do so in Safari. I updated the new password in outlook, all good. I turned off enhanced tracking protection, cleared all cookies and history, restarted the computer and still cannot login to web.de via firefox. Any ideas?

I love firefox, always use it. Yesterday my computer did updates and my quickbooks online stopped working on firefox. after I log in... it just spins. I had to open it on Edge and it works fine... but I hate edge. what can I do? I want my firefox to work on my quickbooks!!

The Pizza Hut Rewards site won't complete login. It just has a o with \ through it. After a while, the reCAPTCHA will say that it timed out and need to check box again. I do that but, it still doesn't complete.

I called Pizza Hut Rewards and they told me to use Google Chrome (which I don't trust).

I have tried this in both regular and Private Browsing mode with same results.

On some websites Firefox is displaying strange text/characters. I've tried refreshing and troubleshooting, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the problem was fixed for about 24 hours, and now it's back. I have confirmed my language is sent to English.

Has anyone experienced this? And if so, how did you fix it?

I don't want to use another browser, but at this point it looks like I'm going to have to. Everything displays properly on Chrome.

I was signed in with FF and synced all data. I needed to re-install Windows, after installing FF on fresh windows and logging into FF account - nothing is synced. What have i've done wrongly?
