I have 2 financial websites that I am unable to use Firefox on and I have to use Chrome. The site are Fidelity Financial and Jackson National. When logged into the website I must select certain links to see the information I am seeking. When selected, Firefox does nothing, it stays on the page with the link I selected. I do not have pop-ups blocked and cannot find the reason for the fault.

How can I fix this? No idea what it is talking about and can load on Safari fine. I could load www.jimmchughphotographs.com fine on Firefox a little while ago. Just noticed the blank screen on my computer tonight. Is it Firefox, my computer, how to fix. Firefox. LinuxMint 21.3 Cinnamon 6.0.4 , Google Mail Compose, Pressing and holding the arrow key moves the cursor one character at a time. Google Chrome works fine.

Apparently, due to the latest update of Firefox, when I start this browser, I see a redirect to the home page, although I changed the settings so that when the browser starts, the last active page opens (everything was fine before). I'm not sure, but I think this started happening after the 111.0.1 update. My OS is Windows 7

IS FIREFOX NOW POLITICALLY DOMINATED? I AM SHOCKED AFTER BELIEVING THAT FIREFOX WAS NOT BLOCKING INFORMATION ON THE WEB THAT THEY DIDN'T POLITICALLY AGREE WITH! NOW I FIND OUT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT FIREFOX AND ALL THEY HAVE IS THE STANDARD ASK A QUESTION FROM THE COMMUNITY! THERE ARE TOO MANY GLITCHES WITH DOWNLOADING THEIR UPDATES AND COMPLETELY LOSING MY SAVED PASSWORDS AND NOW THIS BROWSER HAS BLOCKED INFORMATION POSTED ON A NEWS ARTICLE THAT SHOWS TWITTER FEEDS BY THE PRIOR TWITTER ADMIN THAT HAS BEEN FIRED. I HAVE THE STANDARD SECURITY AND DO TRUST THE SITE THAT I AM ON BUT WITHOUT EXPLANATION FIREFOX HAS BLOCKED THOSE FEEDS IN THE ARTICLE. CERTAINLY NOT INTENDED TO PROTECT MY BROWSING BUT TO BLOCK AN INTENTIONAL POLITICAL PERSPECTIVE! Hi after the new update of firefox i am unable to access my proxmox servers at home or at work.

Proxmox uses a website gui to login and start and change vm settings.

After updating to the newest firefox can't access the webpage. But works over older firefox or using another browser.

When connecting to the proxmox webpage firefox just hangs and I cant close or open new tabs or do anything.

I need to then force close firefox and use another browser

I just updated to ver 11. prior to this if I scrolled down a list of bookmarks in a folder the next time I went to the folder ff would remember where I was and open at that spot. now every time I open the folder I am at the top of the list. this is very inconvenient since my folders has a LOT of bookmarks tagged. is there some option I need to check or uncheck. some other way to restore the reopen at previous location.

hello why can there not be a simple way of getting your passwords back after and up grade has lost them why is there not a simple restore button that allows novices like me to just press and reinstall , with out going through the ends of the earth on firefox todo this ? open this file then open that file, lose what has been saved and replace with another file, it is an impossible way to do this for a novice on firefox , with out paying a lot of money to a tech guy that will take a couple of minutes to do but that will take a novice months and not get it done in the end,

OK I have been trying to go 100% Firefox for just a few months but with privacy and security as primary directive. It would be wonderful to just be in ine well moderated browser ecosystem and actually being able to have my preferences, interest and personal information centralized with eventual goal of digitally divorcing tech companies from my personal data. I still have to use a lot of different devies with varying OS and it literally took me two years to help Apple fix an AppleId problem. Now that I have that sorted out I have been hoping to move away from gmail entirely and eventually have my own mailserver but using icloud now for macs and pcs.

At a minimum it seems like even after forced manual I have not properly sync an imac with windows 10 PC. So to keep it simple I stay there but this morning when I typed into Firefox on my iMac its was google search not Duckduckgo. Not only have I synced it in firefox but icloud should be redudant and I had removed google from list of potential search engines. There seems to be some way for a hostile takeover of these settings and google connstant agressive intrusions asking for data is not just wrong or annoying its simply impossible to not have facebook or google track me beyond california digital privacy standards. The worst offender may be youtube. I want to fix the browser and sync my stuff. But I am also looking for extensions that will help me do that better.

I am pretty thorough and now just want to learn more and would like to believe one can have a semblance of privacy but it seems like it will be an adversarial experience when the companies that do can rollback privacy with clever tv ads. The 'providers' clearly do not give hoot about rules, preferences and laws designed to protect people's rights.. That is what is particulary frustrating. It is not a fair fight but a good one. I guess what I am wondering is if there are specific modules you could add to detect maybewhen an event like change in search engine occurs and whether logs may exist as to how or why the change was made. Even if it was an accidental quick through a popup in chromium or edge where I was always being cued to come back to Chrome. Logging out doesnt always seem to work so i tried syncing with and chrome with more or less same results. Very little actual control or at least a tendency to revert back to the data miners preferences over mine. I want to help stop that.

This is not what I expected and desired. Do you have any idea of the cause and solution for this situation?

what the hell is wrong with firefox windows? /all my extensions are not showing in my toolbar. No themes are showing correctly. Just more problems to work around, as if I have the time, to go along with the "improvements" for my life?
